SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. Some items, such as custom made items, are made to order and may take 2-4 weeks to ship.

If an order is placed with Overnight or 2-Day shipping before 12pm EST Mon-Fri, it will be fulfilled the same day. If it is placed after 12pm EST, it will be fulfilled the next business day.Weekend delivery is not always available, and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at roanewyork@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.

We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for Roa items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or secondhand.
