  • What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers and I want to return?
    We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for Roa items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or secondhand.
  • How do I process a return?

  • Are you accepting interns?
    We are always looking for talent. If interested, please forward along a resume to roa@roanewyork.com with the subject line, “Internship.”
  • What is your return policy for domestic shipments?
    All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.
